We provide our customers with consultation, advice and design in the field of lubrication technology, central lubrication, oil circulating lubrication and cooling units, hydraulics, wheel flange lubrication and sanding systems for rolling stock and stationary lubrication systems for railway lines.

We process individual projects according to specific customer requirements. The design itself respects the technical specifications and customer requirements. It is usually created on the basis of a personal consultation at the customer’s site in order to specify operational influences and incorporate operational experience. The economic viability for the operator is always taken into account. The aim of the application of our systems is to reduce operating costs, usual lubricant consumption, to reduce the labour-intensive manual lubrication, to extend the service life of the friction pair elements and consequently to reduce repair costs and downtime of the lubricated equipment.

Designing activities are carried out by an experienced team of designers, engineers and technicians. We process 3D models, 2D design documentation, hydraulic and electrical schematics, BOMs, calculation sheets, operating and user manuals, operating instructions and troubleshooting instructions, spare parts lists, inspection reports, etc. We use modern technology for the design, development and documentation of the supplied equipment. Our technical documentation is shared with the customer and on request can be directly implemented in the documentation of the machine, plant or vehicle designed by the customer.
